When I first drove up to Oak Street I was flooded with emotion. The castle like entry with the aged cupola on top, the perfect red brick and the French entry doors to the side begging for a bistro table to be placed in front and for someone to come and sit and enjoy a cafe. This is by far one of my favorite designs to date.  

Welcome to 38 Shoreview in Lees Summit. This house may be located in the suburbs, but we are creating a relevant space to appeal to the masses. Even millennials and generation X families who may be considering moving outside the city limits would find this property enticing. We have chosen brushed nickel finishes and updating all flooring with low profile carpet, LVT and new tile throughout. This house won't feel like the suburbs when we are done with it!
